Thank you for shopping with us. Each item in our store is made especially for you using Print-on-Demand (POD) production. Because every order is custom-printed and created individually, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Print-on-Demand Products
All POD items — including apparel, mugs, caps, totes, plaques, and other printed merchandise — are produced specifically after an order is placed. As a result:

We cannot accept returns for changes of mind, sizing issues, or buyer error

We cannot issue refunds once the order has been processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

We will process a replacement as quickly as possible.
Digital Products
All digital downloads — such as PDFs, worksheets, assessments, and digital tools — are non-refundable, as access is delivered instantly upon purchase.
Books
Books are non-refundable, except in cases of damage during shipping. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos.
