The Your CEO Community Impact Initiative was created to help place personal development resources, transformational tools, and opportunities for growth into the hands of individuals, families, students, workers, and communities who may not otherwise have access to them.

We believe every person has value, potential, and the ability to create positive change in their life. Through partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, schools, workforce development programs, youth organizations, senior centers, faith-based organizations, and community groups, we are helping people recognize that they are already the Chief Executive Officer of their own lives.

Founded by Dr. Erroll Najee, author of You Are Already a CEO – Chief Executive Officer of Your Life, and a former executive with the American Red Cross, Volunteers of America, United Way, and community-based organizations throughout California, this Initiative reflects a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, education, and community transformation.

OUR 2026 COMMUNITY IMPACT GOALS

• Distribute 1,000 books and personal development resources throughout California.
• Establish 10 Community Impact Partners committed to supporting personal growth, education, workforce development, youth programs, re-entry services, and community transformation.
